Kamil Agi, Ph.D.

President & CEO

Dr. Agi provides consulting, advisory and commercialization expertise to organizations including DARPA, MIT, STANFORD, UNM and NSF. He is a founding member of the Peace Engineering Consortium and speaks globally as a recognized thought leader on pollution monitoring, industry 4.0 and next-generation IoT. As CEO of SensorComm, his team has developed smart IoT solutions including the Wi-NOx™ mobile pollution monitoring system and Data-Centric Care™ for COVID-19 and beyond.

Dr. Agi’s focus is in applications that deploy significant technology in artificial intelligence (AI), data surety (DS) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to extract, analyze and transform unique data signatures into real-time intelligence and efficiencies. This enables individuals and organizations to make smarter choices for themselves, and the world around them.

Dana Jurika, CFA

  • Expertise includes natural resource, infrastructure and operations.

Kamil Agi, Ph.D.

Chairman

In 1998, Dr. Agi founded K&A Wireless which continues to provide advanced technology solutions for law enforcement, firefighters and military. K&A’s wireless technology roadmap for first responders has helped save thousands of lives. Dr. Agi is a member of the Sensors and Instrumentation Technical Advisory Committee (SITAC) for the Department of Commerce in Washington, DC and has been a Principal Investigator and a regular reviewer in the National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program. Dr. Agi received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He received his MBA from the Berkeley-Columbia Executive MBA Program.

Ramiro Jordan, Ph.D.

Associate Dean, School of Engineering for Global Initiatives, University of New Mexico

Dr. Jordan is a faculty member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department at the University of New Mexico, and is currently the Associate Dean of Engineering for Global Initiatives. He is Founder of Ibero-American Science and Technology Education Consortium (ISTEC), representing over one hundred member institutions (industrial, academic, multilateral, and governmental) in the Americas. His research interests include predictive analytics, sustainability, smart grid, cognitive radio, multi-dimensional signal processing, software development and Peace Engineering. Dr. Jordan obtained his MS and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Kansas State University in 1984 and 1987 respectively.

Robert L. Pevenstein, MBA, CPA

President: Princeville Partners, LLC

Robert’s career spans almost 40 years of public accounting (Price Waterhouse) and public company senior financial corporate management where he led 35 M&A transactions and provided board/chairman’s service. As CFO of UNC (NYSE), he was instrumental in a ten-year company transformation resulting in a $1.1 billion sale to GE in 1997. As Chairman of QuadraMed (Nasdaq), he lead its sale to a private equity firm in 2010. He has served on six boards spanning the corporate and educational sectors. Robert graduated from the University of Maryland (BS) and Pepperdine University (MBA).
